hey there! My name is Michael and I am a weight-Loss and Body Transformation Fitness Professional. I would first like to say Well Done!!! for making it your priority to focus on your Health, happiness and wellbeing and to change your life from the inside out!
I really know the hard times I had experienced when I got bullied at school for being the fat kid, having dyslexia and never having any confidence in myself or ever believing in the things that I could achieve unless I just put my heart into it and followed through and doing what I knew what was right for me.
I got into weightlifting when I was eleven and started running to get the extra weight off before I went to secondary school. I started to gain all my weight from a young age as I had problems with my feet that had to be fixed first before I was able to run. I had surgery on and off until I was eight years old and had lots of bad memories of going to the clinic for regular physical therapy.
I’ve been gaining weight on and off over the past 20 years, most of my frustration is from not having control over my epilepsy ( Which I only have when I sleep) which started when I was twenty-two. I do always wake up before I have a seizure and its an experience that I ever want anyone to never experience. I have one kept consistent in my own health and ensuring that I always went to the gym for a good workout as it reduced my stress and gave me control over my body and mind. Its been my passion for many years and I’ve only had the courage to make it my career too (2017).
My experience of gaining and losing weight has made me a very effective and competent Personal trainer and I am very happy that I am able to use my personal expertise to inspire others to live happier and healthier lifestyles whilst building confidence, reduce stress and achieving the desired look and fitness levels that my clients want.
